Hello Everyone,

Alot has happened since my last update. Our family is now in the wonderful state of New Mexico. Thats right, we are New Mexicans! If you have ever see the movie Shanghai Noon, there is a part where someone says "well what we have here is a mexican standoff, except we ain't got any mexicans". That would still be the case if we were there, because we're not just mexicans, we're NEW Mexicans. Yes, I thought that one up all on my own. Anyways, I'm a liscensed dentist here and have been working since the end of July. The office is awesome! We offer alot of different things for our patients comfort. Sleep dentistry, DVD movies to watch on the patients own screen, and frozen yogurt. This week it's cherry and vanilla and patients can choose either one or a swirl if they can handle it.

Brayden would be starting kindergarten this year except here in NM the birthday cut off is Sept 1st and his B-day is the 13th. He will be in preschool again for another year as well as Ella. Both of the little ones just returned from a family vacation at San Diego with Tami and her family. I had just got my license and did'nt want to take time off. They went to Legoland, Sea World, and the beach. Ella was blamed by people staying at Tami's parents hotel for leaving litttle brown floaties in the pool. Tami said that no one said anything but the glares were enough to make her not want to go back with the kids. I asked Ella if she did and I got a 50/50 response. The verdict is still out and it may come back as a hung jury on that one.

Tami and I bought a house here and we are really happy with not having to hear our neighboor's arguements, footsteps, and other sounds. We also made it a place that the kids like to play with installing a play structure in the back yard.

Summer's here

For the three months that Oregon is sunny and warm, this is the place to live. Tami and I have a few things planned for us and the kids. First, we are going to visit the Maddens and Starks in Spo-compton. It will be a great time of feeding the crocodiles, playing halo, and sitting around the table eating! Yeah! We're very excited for the trip to catch up and see the growing babies.

Second, we would like to go to the beach and camp or stay in a beach house south of Canon Beach. We did that last year and it was great to be a few hundred yards from Rockaway beach right out the back door. Seashell hunting and playing in the water are what the kids look forward to any time they hear the word "beach".

Third, I think that we would like to go with some friends to their hometown of Wenatchee, Wa. Everyone I have ever mentioned this to has asked, "what the !%#$ are you going there for? Well, maybe not in that exact way. They do wonder why though always citing that the town is in the middle of nowhere. Have these people ever been to Bend (which would be number four on our list for summer destinations this year, except that we have nothing planned yet) it's on the same side of the cascades, in the same time zone, has golf courses, and the same tree species; I mean come on! These are the people that want to eat pasta but won't eat spaghetti. In spite of all this we are still trying to plan a trip up there.

Well that's all folks. Hope you enjoyed the update.

Yes, I am a first time blogger and it is a yee-hawin good time. Thanks to the maddens that introduced me to this idea through all of their emails that I never wanted. They finally got to me and here I am with my very own blog site! Imagine that.
